Attorney, graduated from Universidad de Chile’s Law School summa cum laude (1997). She holds a certification in regulation and competition from the Economics Faculty of Universidad de Chile.

Her practice focuses on antitrust law and regulated markets, with an emphasis in retail, telecommunications, public transport, seaports, energy, and the pharmaceutical industry, amongst other sectors.

She is currently a professor in the post-graduate antitrust law programs of Universidad de Chile and Universidad Finis Terrae.

Miss Bordoli has been consistently recognized as a top attorney in the field of antitrust law by Chambers and Partners, Latin America (Best Lawyers in Latin America); Legal 500, Latin America; and Leaders League. In 2017 she was distinguished as the best Chilean attorney in telecommunications by the international publication Leading Lawyers.

She founded Bordoli Doren in 2014. She began her professional practice as an in-house attorney in regulatory and commercial law in Telefónica Chile (2000-2004). She then joined law firm Ferrada Nehme as a senior associate, and later as partner, focusing her practice on antitrust law and regulated markets (2004-2014).

Miss Bordoli is currently a board member of the Chilean Bar Association’s Expert Directory for female attorneys in the field of antitrust law. She is also a registered arbitrator in the Centre of Arbitration and Mediation of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
