Attorney, graduated from Universidad de Chile’s Law School summa cum laude (2008). She holds a certification in law and competition policy from Universidad de Chile and is currently a Magister Juris candidate in Public Law in the same university.
Her practice has focused on antitrust law and regulation, whilst having ample experience in civil and commercial litigation.
Miss Villena joined Bordoli Doren in 2021. She began her legal career as an associate in law firm Bofill, Mir y Álvarez Jana (2010-2011), and later joined law firm Ferrada Nehme (2011-2016) as a senior associate in the telecommunications department. Prior to joining Bordoli Doren, she was a leading attorney in the antimonopoly division of the National Economic Prosecutor (2016-2021).
From 2006 to 2016, she was a teaching assistant in the Law Faculty of Universidad de Chile to Constitutional Law professors Ana María García and Víctor Manuel Áviles. In 2010, she was an assistant professor of Administrative law in the Law Faculty of Universidad Diego Portales.
